Av and Pierre met in London whilst working in the kitchen together, their love for local, beautiful ingredients influenced and inspired their creativity together and they have finally opened their own bakery in their back garden! They attend local markets and supply some farm shops and cafes in the area.
Influenced by their different heritages and traditional french baking methods their goal is to make the best products they can using quality ingredients sourced carefully and directly with local producers.
The integrity in the future of food and our food systems, the enjoyment of real and delicious ingredients and the communal base of what a bakery stands for is what they are constantly striving towards. They look forward to sharing their bakes with you soon at the markets!
